is it possible to get out from the newbie island from elona without using any blessing?

I very much doubt it. I don't think that you will have enough Sunspear Promotion Points. You need to be at least Sunspear Captain, which requires 1000 points.

You may not have enough to get past the second mission without taking any bounties.

OP, I wouldn't recommend you try it. I've seen two different threads in the last week about people that started Elonian characters, somehow got to level 20 in early Istan without taking any of the blessings and are now stuck there because they don't have enough points to unlock the Jokanur Diggings mission or any more quests with point rewards and they're too high a level to get shrine blessings to earn more points now.

You may very well be asking on behalf of one of those threads. Sorry for the irrelevant post, if so.

I've checked it and you get a total of 795 promotion points without blessings by doing all quests in Istan. So you need to bountyhunt. Kinda funny (and weird) though ^^ It took me some time, but I got rid of some pesky Google ads this way
